A LITTLE ABOUT US
In June 2019, Sadie and Leon took on the lease of the ‘Mariners Inn’ restaurant in Nolton Haven.
After months of refurbishing, the restaurant was totally transformed and became known as
The Haven Brasserie.
Boasting some of the best views in Pembrokeshire, The Haven Brasserie offers a casual, gastro style menu with elements of fine dining.
The Haven Brasserie and The Mariners Inn both trade from the same building, but are two entirely separate business’.
“Fantastic food and service.”
meal for two?
Whether it is a family celebration, a meeting of friends or a romantic meal for two, enjoy your meal indulging in the breath-taking views of Nolton Haven.
Our beautiful brasserie is based in the quaint, coastal village of Nolton Haven that historically, was an important base for the exporting of coal in Pembrokeshire. Now, Nolton enjoys a more relaxed ambiance with families and walkers alike flocking to its stunning shoreline to bask in Pembrokeshire’s beauty.
At the Brasserie, we pride ourselves on using the best quality ingredients, and make a conscious effort to support local suppliers.
Each and every dish is lovingly prepared on site by Leon and sous chef Lee.
Some of our local suppliers include:
Rogers & Sons butchers, based in Carmarthen; who not only boast over 20 years of experience but have gained the prestigious award ‘Butcher of the Year’.
Atlantic Edge Oysters; who are leading the way on restorative aquaculture.
Solva Seafoods / Car-Y-Mor; supplying us with the best locally and sustainably sourced seafood.
Upper Haythog potato & turkey farm, a third generation family run business in Spittal.
Teifi Coffee; they even donate a percentage of sales to local charities!
Although we do love our four – legged friends, we are unfortunately unable to allow dogs into the restaurant.
However, we have a lovely outdoor patio area which is dog friendly!
Children of all ages are welcome.
